Our main offices in Liverpool city centre have a wide range of fully accessible creative and meeting spaces available for hire. Rates vary depending on time and day, and additional discounts are available for longer term bookings. Our onsite café Malmo can take care of your catering requirements, from refreshments to full meals or buffets. If you need equipment such as flipcharts and pens or TV screens, these are available on request for an additional charge. Our mobile, large format TV screen can be positioned wherever you need to suit your requirements.
First floor – Dance studio and meeting room
The first floor is home to our largest space – a 100 capacity dance studio. Ideal for dance and drama-based activities, it features a sprung wooden dance floor, mirrored wall, and sound system ready to go. The space can also be used as a conference facility, with capacity of up to 70 people seated, or 40 at tables.
Next door is a smaller room ideal for meetings, training sessions and group-based activities. It has capacity for 25 seated at tables, including a presenter, or up to 40 without.
Second and third floor – Training rooms
Our second floor offers two training rooms, both ideal for meetings, training sessions and group-based activities. The first has capacity for 20 people seated at tables (including presenter), or up to 30 without. The second has 20 flip down desks and operator chairs, with 20 additional soft-seat stools scattered around for use as required.
Our third floor training and meeting space has a seating capacity of 25 people with tables (including presenter), or up to 40 people without.
Fourth floor conference room
At the very top of the building, with the best view of the city, is our Conference Room. It has a seating capacity of 14 people around the conference table, or up to 30 people without.
