Providing a range of management systems and Support Services to Merseyside Youth Association’s Projects, Chief Executive’s Office and Service Users.
We are not a project that offers services to young people, however, we actively support the internal and external services provided by all MYA’s projects.
We are continuously making every effort to expand our Support Services team to ensure the continuation of our support to projects and vacant posts will be advertised as and when they arise. However, we do offer work placements within the Department to young people and we are also looking to develop volunteering opportunities in the coming year.

We offer our services to projects between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm subject to our Building services, which supports projects in staffing The Door to enable the delivery of their evening and weekend programmes.
“The reception staff are dead friendly”
“I was made really welcome at The Door”
The Support Services team is constantly reviewing areas of development within the services that are provided to both internal projects and external agencies. A major development this year has been the delivery of our induction training to all staff across the organisation. We have scheduled a timetable of futures dates for newly appointed staff and volunteeers. The induction process ensures that all staff are aware of the systems, policies and procedures which are in place.
