We are MYA Noise.
MYA Noise is about young people making the best of themselves through music. Whatever your tastes, experience or background we’ll help take you to the next level.
At MYA we put young people at the heart of what we do, building your programme round your needs. So perhaps you want to learn an instrument, record a demo or get a gig – we can help you do it. Perhaps you’ve got ideas but need some help getting them out – we’ll have them flowing in no time. Or maybe you just need someone to talk to – we’re here to listen.
If you’re into music, aged 13 – 19 (or up to 25 with special educational needs), live in Merseyside and want to get involved then MYA Noise has something for you.

“A couple of weeks ago Garth Jones and Phil Kearns came into school to deliver some workshops to Year 8 pupils about tackling racism through music. The feedback from the children was extremely positive. I have included a few direct quotes below for your reading:
“Workshop was very good, lots of fun and made me really think about racism”
“It was a fun way to look at racism”
“It couldn’t be improved, it was great. The teachers were dead funny”
I would also like to take this opportunity to commend Garth and Phil myself on their enthusiasm, professionalism and just general attitudes towards the day. It was an absolute pleasure working with both of them and I would happily recommend them to other schools as well as hopefully call on them myself again in the future.”
