The Double Dutch Project is about introducing the sport national with a view for teams to be formed to compete at national level, the sport requires little in terms of equipment just skipping ropes and energy so if you’ve got it bring it on. The sport originated on the streets of New York in the 1950,s image jumping to the beat of music. This sport is recognized worldwide and indeed has a place in the 2012 Olympics; yes you c could make the frame read on.
Yes anyone can participate all you need is to be between the age of 11-19 and are in good health and willing to jump to fitness. This sport requires a lot of energy come on give it a go get to know the ropes you can become part of a team and create your own freestyle performance or just skip to maintain good health.

We only require you to fill in a registration form, which all no fuss no joining up fees, join this new urban skip craze.
