What is the impact?

Young people have used the experiences they have achieved whilst being at the SPACE project to help them develop with confidence, motivation, self expression, learn new skills and open gateways into the performing arts industry.

Through our work young people enhance their communication skills, team work, relationships, mental health and emotional wellbeing, creativity and broaden there knowledge of life skills and achievements.

Where and when does it take place?

By Train from Liverpool Central station – on the Southport Train to Bootle New Strand Station, come out of the station turn left and left again on to Marsh Lane and walk down the road towards the shops. We are on the left-hand side of the road about halfway down in a grey and blue building with a red front door.

By Bus from Liverpool – to the Strand shopping centre in Bootle and then follow directions, same as above, down Marsh Lane.

How do I get there?

“SPACE is my family, my life, my world, my future!”

“I only went to SPACE because my mate was going – now I go at least 3 times a week.”

“I dropped out of collage and SPACE helped me to get my head together and gave me work experience…now I am at uni.”

“If I never went to SPACE my life would be empty. It’s boss – you wanna come!”
