Current Vacancies:
Literacy, Numeracy and ICT Educational Practitioner - Closing date: 5PM Friday 10th September 2010

Salary: £22,489 p.a. (Pro Rata) – JNC Pt. 13

Hours: 17.5 Per Week

Fixed Term Funded to 31st March 2011

MYA is seeking to recruit a Literacy, Numeracy and ICT Educational Practitioner to support young people aged between 14-16 on a one-to-one basis. They must have the ability plan, deliver, assess and evaluate English/Literacy, Mathematics/Numeracy and ICT up to Level 1 or 2 to specific qualification criteria and able to facilitate, monitor and record Academic Progress. They must ensure all individual and project deliverable targets are met in line with contract profiles.

The successful candidate must hold teaching qualification such as PGCE, Cert Ed as well as displaying outstanding Literacy and Numeracy skills.
